Arkwright the duck

Arkwright the duck returns!

Arkwright the duck has been away on his travels – I think he calls it his “migration”.  I didn’t know ducks migrated, did you?

Arkwright the duck

Anyway, he’s not been around for over a year and has just returned from the other side of the world. He’s delighted to be back and so are we! …because you can now pick up your own Arkwright soft toy here.

Arkwright’s travels also coincided with us selling out his book, “Arkwright the Duck”, which is the title of his first adventure around the millyard at Cromford where he was hatched.  So we’ve had his book reprinted and you can purchase it here.

  • High Peak Luncheon Club

16th March 2017 When I heard that the High Peak Luncheon Club had been set up originally by teachers and headteachers, you will understand that I was feeling a tad nervous on arrival at the Old Hall Hotel in Buxton last Thursday. However, there was no need; the 36 ladies and 3 gentlemen made me very…
